To ensure that the manufacturer’s warranty standards are adhered to at all times.
To ensure use of scheduling board to maximize utilization of technicians.
Inspects works being conducted by technicians to monitor progress and ensure that they comply with company standards and estimated completion times are adhered to. Ensure all jobs done by technician are costed in the job card.
