Description:

MNA Properties is seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer who will be responsible for building and maintaining the company’s website and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications and CMS systems
• Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
• Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API
• Refactor, optimize and improve the existing codebase for maintenance and scale
• Use test driven development and acceptance tests to ensure feature quality
• Interface with internal teams to gather requirements and develop best solution
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
• Build and maintain core PHP based applications
• Design and develop relational database systems and their web interfaces
• Debug errors efficiently

Requirements:

• at least 2 of experience in web development and design, with a focus on real estate websites
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Laravel and related technologies
• Proficient in one or more web development frameworks
• Experience with real estate technology and trends
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
