Water engineers supply, manage and maintain clean water and sewerage/waste water services and prevent flood damage. It’s important to have a knowledge of and genuine interest in the water industry and environmental issues.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake design and modelling works for water supply, firefighting, wastewater and irrigation infrastructure projects.
• Prepare reports and design documentation for water supply, wastewater, stormwater, and irrigation infrastructure projects.
• Ability to validate the modelling output with engineering calculations.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of infrastructure design works on all assigned projects.
• Exposure to different design software such as Civil3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD etc.
• Experience of modelling software such as SewerGEMS, WaterGEMS, WaterCAD etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in civil engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4 years experience within a design consultancy.
• Member of professional institute.
