The purpose of this role is to manage end to end real estate business and ensuring smooth delivery of services and efficient management of portfolio, leasing and property management.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve corporate objective for products, projects, and services.
• Track and monitor forecast sales pipeline.
• Develop channel strategies and maintain network of national and international agents / brokers / vendors to understand market trends and generate demand to drive supply pipeline.
• Developing Leasing Strategies and service standards

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering
• Master’s in business administration
• Masters from top 10 ‘B’ Schools across the globe
• 15 – 20 years’ experience in real estate development / property management in Middle East, European and Asian markets
