Description:

We are looking for an experienced Butler with 5-star hospitality background and luxury Hotel experience to look after our C-Suite and VIP guests and provide 5-star luxury service.

Responsibilities:

• To be an ambassador of the venue and the office, in and outside the workplace.
• To provide a personalized VIP service to our Company Executives and all the guests, fully aware and following the 5-star standards and procedures.
• To have full knowledge of all services and facilities of the business unit.
• To ensure that all guests are welcomed at the welcome area and escorted to the right meeting venue, refreshments and drinks are offered.
• Ensures refills are offered on a timely manner and meetings rooms are at their best condition.

Requirements:

• Extremely strong aptitude for customer service.
• Luxury 5-star Hotel background or similar experience is must.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem resolution skills with an outgoing personality and ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
• Efficient communication and detail-oriented organization skills; ability to handle multiple tasks at once and follow-up whenever needed.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a pleasant personality and ability to exercise initiative.
