We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in designing interfaces for mobile and web applications, as well as a keen eye for detail, a passion for user-centered design, and a solid understanding of the latest software and design trends.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for our web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback that inform the design process.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides that ensure consistency and quality across all products.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and to make any necessary adjustments during development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies and apply them to the design process.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in using design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and visual design.
