Responsibilities:
- Handle high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from numerous channels
- Meet our customer SLA’s to ensure customer satisfaction
- Deal with outbound calls to target potential customers and be required to meet conversion quotas and KPIs
- Handle calendar appointments for the field sales team
- Manage and handle customer complaints, escalating to the relevant stakeholders and ensuring accurate reporting
- Handle customer enquiries and emails
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months experience working in a call center/tele sales role
- Experience in a fast paced role requiring continuous multitasking (you will handle a constant stream of inbound calls whilst also answer customer emails) ream of inbound calls while also having to answer client WhatsApp messages)
- Flexible with working hours
- Available 6 days a week and potentially Fridays
- Hard working, willing to go above and beyond to deliver
