Managing the drivers during the Shift and keeping an eye on drivers on their routes. Keeping in communication with the customer and drivers with delays, breakdowns, tacho hours and any issues. Allocating jobs to drivers. Management of all driver and HR requirements including, RTW, Sickness & Holidays.

Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate should hold a high school Diploma
• experience in the same field

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of transport operational systems
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong problem solving and prioritizing skills
• Must have good knowledge of budgets and financial controls
• Outstanding supervisory skills required
• Must have a UAE driving license
• Should be ready and willing to start work immediately
