General assistant provides functional and industry expertise to support product and engineering functions develop solutions for consumers, payers, providers, and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate reporting (feedback, downtime, ) and exporting in KIWI
- All other duties as specified by operator or supervisor
- Ensure the stores and depot facilities are fit for the purpose of maintaining on track machines
- Process and place purchase orders
- Manage and deliver PPE to accountable depots
- Ensure depot notice boards are up to date
- Receive and count in deliveries
- A good understanding of stores practices
Requirements:
- Be able to communicate and maintain relationships with colleagues and managers
- Enjoy variety in the workplace and understand the need to be flexible
- Trained in the use of plant and machinery or forklift trucks
- Put simply, you’ll make customers feel special
- You’ll help in all kinds of ways – from supporting customers on the shop floor, to serving them at the checkout
- On the checkout, you’ll promptly and politely process, pack and take payment for shopping
