Fully understand the bid / quote request documents to become familiar and well versed with the requirements & scope of work. Develop a plan of action around the deadlines to ensure that solutions are completed on time and in line with RFP requirements providing the business maximum chances of winning the project. Reviewing the asset list, BOQ, & drawings to understand the magnitude of the scope of work along with the scope falling under the specialist service providers.
Prepare a complete solution strategy/ process including complete lifecycle starting from receiving tenders to successful closeout.
Working with key members of the other business units and the client organization to obtain the information required to compile the proposals.
Leading the solutions team to ensure they gather right information including site visit required to develop a site-specific solution with special attention to technology and providing efficient solution to the client. Generate site visit reports which detail the findings during the visit and enumerate any request for information to be submitted to the client.

Graduation in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, FM or any other related stream)
Data Analysis
Awareness of the market rates for various services from different service providers.
Knowledge of the hard and soft services.
