An opportunity for an exceptional individual to join a fast-growing trademark practice covering the Middle East region.

Managing inbound trademark applications to the UAE and the broader Middle East region, and outbound applications internationally.
Advising clients on the registrability of trademarks and advising portfolio management strategies.
Conducting and advising on trademark availability searches.
Handling trademark conflicts and registry disputes.

Between 3 and 5 years’ PQE
Experience working directly with clients and able to manage trademark portfolios in a range of industry sectors.
Experience of handling trademark cases internationally.
Strong technical ability.
Good written communication skills.
