Trade Marketing and Customer Experience Manager Jobs in Dubai
Strategy: Development and implementation of regional Trade Marketing strategy, and annual calendar Trade Marketing: Manage Boutique and Shop-in-shop placement, buildings and their maintenance; develop animation activities for the Boutiques (Opening events, boutiques/SIS activations, boutiques/SIS animations). Maintain brand guidelines and image across all POS.
Responsibilities:
Manage and implement reporting for Trade Marketing (new openings), VM (quarterly reports & HQ needs)
Manage and implement a detailed training calendar for specifically VM across the region and on a regular basis
Ensure implementation and training across the distribution network (order forms)
Reporting on data and industry trends relating to trade categories.
Requirements:
Guide team in effective client issues resolution and handle any escalations
Develop listening points in the customer journey, define segmentation of customer base and varying strategies, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Test new strategies for driving customer value
