Trade Marketing and Customer Experience Manager Jobs in Dubai
Strategy: Development and implementation of regional Trade Marketing strategy, and annual calendar Trade Marketing: Manage Boutique and Shop-in-shop placement, buildings and their maintenance; develop animation activities for the Boutiques (Opening events, boutiques/SIS activations, boutiques/SIS animations). Maintain brand guidelines and image across all POS.
- Manage and implement reporting for Trade Marketing (new openings), VM (quarterly reports & HQ needs)
- Manage and implement a detailed training calendar for specifically VM across the region and on a regular basis
- Ensure implementation and training across the distribution network (order forms)
- Reporting on data and industry trends relating to trade categories.
- Guide team in effective client issues resolution and handle any escalations
- Develop listening points in the customer journey, define segmentation of customer base and varying strategies, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Test new strategies for driving customer value
