We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Telesales Specialist, who will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue through delivering a luxury sales experience.You will be a driven and consultative salesperson with excellent communication skills, strong teamwork and a passion for sports, fitness and wellness.

Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the achievement of quarterly inside sales targets.
  • Fulfill lead generation activity aimed to increase the customer base
  • Manage inbound calls (customers can be B2B and B2C) delivering a unique selling experience while understanding their needs and offering the right solution to reach the customer’s satisfaction
  • Manage outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
  • Support our sales force on the field scheduling visits

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in telesales or another sales/customer service role
  • Bachelor degree ideally with business development experience
  • Excellent (phone) sales techniques and communication, interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Teamwork in sales-oriented environments
