Cold calling people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations. Answering incoming calls from prospective customers. Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

• Calling prospective clients & encourage to register or promote the other products
• Contacting existing customers to resolve issues related to the products and services.
• Pro-actively suggesting solutions based on customer’s behaviours.
• Reaching potential clients to advise them new promotions or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Min 1 yr experience as Telecaller, TeleMarketer, Sales representative or other customer service role
• Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems
