VAM Systems is currently looking for Technical Product Owner Expert for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Experience with Agile product development methodologies
Solid business acumen and a structured analytical thinker
Good motivational and leadership skills and able to set the direction in a startup environment
Ability to effectively communicate results, insights, and key takeaways to Executive Management
Strong relationship management skills, high degree of cultural intelligence (CQ) and strong influencing skills
Possesses a consulting and design thinking mindset to support as well as challenge the business
Able to act as change agent to facilitate the coordination efforts between business and IT

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the information and telecommunication technology industry, with practical process management responsibility.
3-5 years’ experience with digital transformation [business and technology transformation] – must have worked on legacy to ‘new era/digital’ transformation, including scoping MVP
Worked in agile design and delivery, CI/CD environment and experience in designing large-scale high performance and distributed web applications
Should ideally have been a Product Owner
