Teamhead Merchandising Jobs in Dubai | PUMA Careers

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to produce sales by providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services. You will get the right product, in the right place, time, quantity and price.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define the regional merchandising strategy and ensure, together with Marketing and Sales, that the Global seasonal message is in line with the global strategy and relevant for the local market
• Coordinate the TP and retail merchandisers to ensure that the selected range and retail buying maximise sales, profits and covers local market needs, in line with the Global and Regional merchandising strategy
• Define bottom-up targets and ensure forecast and margins are submitted in time and are in line with Finance’s forecasts and margins
• Coordinate the purchasing department, ensure orders are submitted on time, and overall activities are managed properly
• Assist the merchandising team with the pricing definition and related reporting
• Hand over to Sales all the necessary information to conduct an effective and efficient sell-in

Job Requirements:

• Education: University Degree, preferably in the Business or Fashion field.
• Relevant product management experience with top-tier international sports or lifestyle brands and/or experience as footwear, apparel or accessories buyer
