Job Responsibilities:
- A job at this level will be an individual contributor, within the MENEAT HR team. The role operates with some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities/provision of advice within an enabling discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Activities require professional judgment, but may require more senior levels of guidance
- Support in HR processes within the HR Partnership model
- Support with HR Policies drafts and revisions
- Drive and execute HR project to enable business growth
- Communicate with direct colleagues and the business leaders about design and coordination of services rendered
- Navigate a matrix organization to align with multiple teams and business leaders and achieve desired project outcomes
- Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with related major as Human Resources
- Fluent oral and written English
- Good at data analysis, master office software skills, good at Excel, PowerPoint and Word ect
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
