  • As a GCC Cluster TA Partner, you will be responsible of driving TA delivery across 4 countries; UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Yemen. You will be based out of our UAE Office located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai.
  • You will use your connections and creativity to create new channels of sourcing talents, and explore the multiple ways you can engage with talents to build strong pipelines for recruitment demand.
  • You will have a number of requisitions assigned to you on a regular basis where you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process to successfully fill, from talent sourcing to interviewing and stakeholder management and down to closing/offering and onboarding.
  • You will build and nurture great relationships with the business stakeholders you work with to ensure smooth collaboration on the recruiting process.
  • You will coach and educate hiring managers on interviewing and influence stakeholders in making hiring decisions.
  • You will be the custodian of candidate experience through following a rigorous recruiting process and Nestle best practices to fulfill a positive and engaging candidate experience.


  • 6-8 years of experience driving TA results, with a solid understanding of the market dynamics in the GCC area.
  • Strong communication skills in English to be able to work in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and driven personality with good communication skills.
