Job Responsibilities:

• During the program, clear assignments to develop and initiate Supply Chain Management Strategies from Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Return as well as Data Driven Supply Chain Strategy to help find new ways to improve efficiency.
• Study and search all information related to new product concept, ingredient, or development process. Able to keep update on global product trends.
• Work closely with Customer – Executive office, Marketing, Operations and HR to ensure all products are available at stores on time.
• Work closely with sourcing, quality assurance and logistics team to ensure the smooth operation especially for the promotion or new business model.

Job Requirements:

• Hands-on approach with a ‘can-do!’ work attitude
• Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
• Eager to learn, desire to drive change with strong leadership & management skill.
• Experience working with different business stakeholders across multiple functions in a very dynamic environment.
