The supervisor is responsible to control the merchandise flow in/out receiving area, warehouse and dispatching area according to the Central Production Unit procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respect of freshness /hygiene & Food safety rules
  • Strictly follow the Receiving/Return/inter transfer & Dispatching procedures
  • Apply and follow MAF Retail’s Human Capital and corporate policies, relevant procedures and instructions
  • The Supervisor will be communicating with the planning team & production team the day to day requirements to be able to finish the tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
  • Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
  • Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Diploma/Certificate in first line management or relevant field
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage
