Supervisor – Inbound Travel Jobs In Dubai | Al Rostamani Group

To supervise the team of Travel Consultants, drive operational efficiencies and deal with VIP/complex client groups as well as escalated operational issues. Ensure that individual and team achieve the sales and revenue targets in line with the set department budgets

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide to line manager regular revenue/booking pipeline reports.
• Assist Inbound Manager with budgeting for the department to ensure future operational strategies can be accurately costs and hence achieved.
• Motivate and coach the team to ensure high employee engagement levels.
• Deal with VIP/Complex clients and escalated internal and external operational issues to ensure all queries are managed efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
• At least 5 – 7 years of relevant experience & 1 – 2 years at Supervisory level
• Good relationship building skills
