Responsibilities:

• Act as an “internal consulting” support for delivery of strategic projects for the Group’s different business units and brands (in beauty, fashion, homeware and new categories)
• Work closely with BU/brand management teams to develop strategic avenues in accordance with the BU’s/brand’s vision and operational constraints
• Lead projects or project modules, from initial planning (project scoping, problem structuring and hypothesis development) to execution (strategic framework development, qualitative and quantitative analysis conduction, internal & external interviews) to formulation of business recommendations
• Liaise and collaborate closely with the Strategic Insights team to leverage market insights and data

Requirements:

• Experience working in one of the top strategy consulting firms (at least 3 years)
• Graduate of a top-tier university (MBA or an equivalent master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or a related field)
• Excellent analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
• Storylining and workstream structuring
• Experience in strategic planning and measuring success
• Knowledge of business operations and procedures
