We are looking for a Store Officer to manage consumable and non-consumable resources within the school; catalogue all inventoried stock; and electronically capture the checking-out of items to students and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Store officers check inventory records for accuracy
  • Store officers keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location
  • Store officers find, sort, or move goods between different parts of the business
  • Store officers compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (Library or stock control knowledge is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and other database systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to work under pressure.
  • Good English language skills including reading, writing, speaking.
  • Good public relations skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to multi task.
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar position.
