We are looking for a Store Officer to manage consumable and non-consumable resources within the school; catalogue all inventoried stock; and electronically capture the checking-out of items to students and staff.
- Store officers check inventory records for accuracy
- Store officers keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location
- Store officers find, sort, or move goods between different parts of the business
- Store officers compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory
- A Bachelor’s degree (Library or stock control knowledge is an advantage).
- Knowledge of MS Excel and other database systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to work under pressure.
- Good English language skills including reading, writing, speaking.
- Good public relations skills and telephone manner
- Ability to multi task.
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar position.
