We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented store manager to oversee daily operations at our store. As the store manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Have good communication and promotion ability and execution ability, and be familiar with the local market conditions;
- Those who are familiar with the sales business in the retail industry, have a certain foundation or knowledge reserve in the communication or retail industry, have three years or more of sales and management experience, and have no negative comments in the industry;
- Strong communication, coordination and learning skills, good image and temperament, lively and outgoing, good at communication, strong principles, strong execution and expansion skills
- Have rich experience in product listing, inventory guidance, customer guidance and image maintenance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
