Cleans new and used car deliveries, rentals, service vehicles, body shop vehicles, and spot delivery before the vehicle leaves the dealership or is shown to a guest. Responsible for washing the outside of the vehicle that includes but not limited to; washing and drying the vehicle, buffing, waxing, and cleaning windows. Vacuums interior of vehicle to remove loose dirt and debris and cleans upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices. Acts as back up for shuttling guests to and from service appointments or picking up vehicle parts as needed.

Responsibilites:

• Responsible for dismantling basic vehicle parts (door handle, antenna, etc).
• Apply vinyl decals to customers’ vehicles/sites as required.
• Report to management as necessary to ensure jobs are planned and completed on time, to the required standards and to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to approved application processes.
• Take personal responsibility for your own work and perform quality control checks throughout the application
• process.
• Ensure yourself and colleagues work in a safe way, adhering to Company safety policies.

Requirements:

• Train and assist other make-ready and detail techs
• Maintain inventory and order make-ready supplies
• Act as liaison between department staff and sales managers to facilitate the process for new and pre-owned vehicles
• Detail client vehicles as needed
