When you think of food delivery in the MENA region, we’d be pretty surprised if talabat didn’t pop into your mind first! Since delivering our first order in Kuwait in 2004, we’ve grown quite a lot over the past 17 years.
- Responsible for leading the full 360’ recruitment process for talabat Tech & Product. This includes leading the sourcing efforts to locate top talent from around the world.
- Partner with the key stakeholders, leaders and hiring managers to drive Talent Acquisition strategies, goals, processes, and metrics whilst developing innovative ways to meet talabat constantly expanding and evolving recruiting needs.
- Reporting on recruitment activity to find new ways to improve the process and be able to tell a story through the data insights.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in the 360 Recruitment process for Tech hiring with a strong background in creative candidate sourcing. We’re looking for a hunter that has handled core Tech / Product recruitment at a large scale, this includes being able to understand all of our coding languages! Experience of identifying talent on Stack, GitHub and similar platforms would be an advantage.
- You will be a collaborative professional with former experience dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience of using recruitment ATS systems (preferably WORKDAY!).
