Job: This position involves regular communication with senior leadership on product design and feasibility, business case, improvement areas, project execution and operational risks. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will also have superior analytical abilities, a track record of finding practical, simple and creative solutions to complicated problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality, and stellar business writing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Product-strategy /direction: Continually assess the needs of customers, market trends, competitive opportunities and threats in defining and evolving the product-strategy for digitization. Define both long term strategy and short-term plans to achieve the product-vision and deliver business results.

• Product-Roll-out: Work with teams to create and execute go-to-market plans for new features. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience delivering software or online products to market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in product, program, and/or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services in fintech, ecommerce, retail, internet products or related fields.
