The senior engineer will be a key member of the product development team, working closely with the product manager, designers, and other engineers to develop new products and features. He or she will be responsible for ensuring that the products and features developed by the team meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time. Additionally, the senior engineer will be responsible for ensuring that the team is able to work effectively together and that each member is able to contribute to the development process.

 Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical expert on assigned projects, providing engineering support and direction to project teams
• Develop detailed designs for small to medium size projects or portions of large projects
• Perform complex engineering calculations to compute load and stress factors
• Prepare specifications, reports, and other documentation related to assigned projects
• Serve as a liaison between the project team and other departments, such as construction, procurement, and quality control

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 10+ years professional experience as an engineer
• Proven experience leading a team of engineers
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of relevant software and applications
