The role of the Specialist is to identify learning and development needs in order to develop / enhance and deliver existing learning and development material for, but not exclusive to, Transguard FM Cleaning. Training and develop documents required for floor level operations.
Responsibilities:
- Create, and develop new course material as a result of a Learning Needs Analysis.
- Create learning and session.
- Plans for each training Module.
- Analyze existing learning and development material, refine, enhance and develop into modules using approved format.
- Create and develop practical activities.
- Visual material and learning aids and create mandatory checklist.
Requirements:
- Minimum English and Hindi Language Level (by Transguard Group Standards)
