Responsibilities

• Supports the rest of the Therapist Team by being the link between therapists and spa management overseeing day to day tasks of the team and spa projects.
• Supervises the Professional stock inventory.
• Monitors stock levels /; Par Levels and informs management in a timely manner to proceed with product orders.
• Has input in the Roster/Scheduling/ vacation plan– looks at staff shifts daily and liaises with Receptionist Supervisor if adjustments are needed.
• Ensures the Roster is uploaded to the Spa Software (Book4time) and Ontrack to ensure a smooth booking process and maximizes business operation.
• Guides the Designated Trainers in the accomplishment of their monthly training duties and makes sure the calendar is posted on the board.
• Has regular meetings with the Designated Trainers – looks at the training manuals and ensure training manuals are up to date.

Requirements:

• Has minimum 3 years relevant experience in luxury Spa and Fitness operation with proven leadership skills
• Certified massage therapist and facial specialist with certification or international equivalent.
• Possesses excellent English communication Skills
