Assist Shipping Manager, Supervisor – Shipping Services and Supervisor – Port Operations in the performance of their principal duties and responsibilities. Day-to-day communication with Owners/Principals to ensure all the requested services are delivered on time and as planned. Coordinate with the port operations for the smooth execution of vessel operations.

Responsibilities:

• Vessel booking and co-ordinating outgoing shipment
• Tracking onboard shipments and follow up on shipment arrival date
• To liaise and scheduling shipment order to production
• To source competitive freight
• System entry for all shipment booking

Job Requirements:

• Graduate, University degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar industry, ideally within the UAE.
• Thorough knowledge in local customs/port clearance rules and regulations.
