1- Soft Services Team Leader
Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Description:

This position is responsible for managing the cleaning service delivery, the client employees, coordinate with sub-contractors, put together inventories for orders and carry out general admin works. Preferably Someone with hotel type experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of staff including all receptions, other common areas and tenants premises under comprehensive services of the Contract
  • Supervision of the cleaning, polishing, pest control service providers and any other service provider that would be used for service delivery at the contract
  • Maintaining stocks of consumables at the store
  • Periodic checks of the cleaning assets and room keys
  • Liaison/co-ordination with other departments e.g.: Security, Helpdesk, MEP etc

Job Requirements:

  • Ideally a degree holder or high diploma or post-secondary education in a related discipline
  • 2 years minimum experience of soft services
  • Proficient in MS Office Packages
