Responsibilities:

• Review, assessment, commentary and technical approval of the Structural and Civil design and documentation from the Structural and Civil design consultants for allocated projects throughout the design stages.
• Liaise with the Design Team to ensure complete satisfaction on Structural and Civil design related aspects of allocated projects.
• Lead and undertake any required in house Structural and Civil design and documentation as directed by the Design Team
• Coordinate with various project team members to ensure smooth project progress

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 – 12 years exceptional Structural design / Civil / Construction on site experience.
• Project management and strategic planning experience
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
• Proactive and ability to meet project timelines and expectations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to communicate design ideas to the team.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
