Senior Software Engineer Team Lead Jobs In Dubai | Healthmov

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead to join our IT team. You will be responsible for leading the technical teams composed of front-end developers (mobile native), backend developers (Python + GraphQL), DevOps, and QA. You will also make sure that our platforms (mobile apps and one client portal) are able to serve thousands of users on a daily basis. If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you. As a team lead, you need to have perfect communication skills and a very good overview of all the components of the platform. You will report to the CTO and work closely with him.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, coach and recruit the technical team (Front-end, backend, DevOps, QA)
• Work in an Agile environment with the Product Owners
• Manage the sprint and make sure the team is delivering on time
• Design and maintain a state of the art of architecture (Python + Flask + MySQL + Redis + AWS Kinesis + Swift/Kotlin + Jenkins + Kubernetes + Docker)
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle
• Make sure that the code is clean and fully tested to optimize maintenance and minimize the technical debt
• Troubleshoot and debug applications

Requirements:

• To be the ideal candidate, you will need:
• 8+ years of experience as a team leader on a mobile app project released in production
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Proven work experience with Python programming language (Flask + API)
• Hands-on experience in cloud hosting with AWS (Lambda Functions, Kinesis, EC2, ElasticCache, SNS)
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
