Senior Sales Specialist – Web Design Agency Jobs In Dubai | element8

We are seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to join our growing web design agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully closing new business deals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities through a various channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
• Present the agency’s web design services and capabilities to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that the agency’s services remain competitive
• Collaborate with the agency’s design and development teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Create and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase revenue
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the web design or digital agency industry
• Strong understanding of web design and development principles
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in leading and managing sales teams
