Senior Product Engineer (Design ) Jobs In Dubai | Ultiwise Consult

Reporting To: Product Development Manager We are in search for a suitable team member who is into automotive parts development. Experienced into vehicle parts development for both aesthetic & utility products will be an ideal candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Product Development team to finalize product ideas.
• Check product installation feasibility and prepare design of the product accordingly.
• Convert Images or Sketches or Drawings to 3D model.
• Create 3D model based on the scan data (Mesh file / STL File).
• Convert 3D simulation to Actual Engineered Product including A surface & B surface creation.

Requirements:

• Understanding of Automotive Interior and Exterior Parts Engineering and installation.
• Understanding of Automotive Standards and Regulations.
• Able to do Reverse Engineering from Scan data or physical part. (Mesh to CAD / STL to STP or IGES).
• Knowledge of materials (Plastics and Metal) and its manufacturing processes.
• Able to predict expected failures in production or on field and manage to make changes during design phase.
