The job holders role is to support Director, Organizational Effectiveness in driving and implementing transformation initiatives to support the Company’s objectives and improve efficiencies within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead process design sprints with the business, to draft processes, evaluate the effectiveness of current processes and challenge current state and identify process improvement opportunities
• Engage with the right stakeholders to ensure all inputs are captured within the processes, in alignment with functional and cross functional participants
• Align the processes with all inter-related parameters, like policies, DOA, compliance elements
