Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the development of the design process and deliverables, and liaise with internal and external design team, Contractor and sub-contractors.
• Prepare the design project, brief writing and understanding of project deliverables/ goals and client aspirations.
• Prepare and develop with the team where required, creative content, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to RFP/ Bidding documents.
• Write design proposals with the Director’ support, clear narrative, strong description of services and associated modelling of fees.
• To seek continuing professional development thorough knowledge of and compliance with AECOM procedures and standards.
• Prepare tender and contract/construction information.

Requirements:

• B. Arch or BSc in Architecture or Interior Design.
• International Accreditations in Architecture would be advantageous
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience is required.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or entertainment is required
