Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
• Administer health and life insurance programs
• Implement training and development plans
• Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
• Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Skilled in managing payroll, creating employment handbook, grading system, policies and procedures.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring new intermediate-level staff
• Hands on experience in onboarding for new hires, strategically planning HR initiatives that will benefit the company and ensuring HR records are maintained
