The Senior E-Commerce Sales Manager is accountable for growing the e-commerce business through a well-defined strategy and sound partnerships with existing and potential customers. S/He works towards optimizing sales volumes, acquiring new partnerships and coordinating marketing programs and activities in line with the Business Unit Managers, Channel, Sales and Technical Teams within Mindware.
Responsibilities:
- Define online sales strategy;
- Establish sales budgets and targets and cascade to the team accordingly;
- Manage the entire product(s) line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities;
- Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to existing and potential customers;
- Research, analyze and attract potential partnerships for E-Commerce platform;
- Lead where applicable the vendors’ relations in alignment with the company’s management and strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field
- 10 years’ of relevant experience
- Strong ecommerce experience from distribution and technology industry
