Job Description
- Developing concepts and experience plans in a manner that is relevant to the brief, brand and market needs while communicating the magic through a story.
- Leading agency presentations when required and possible, both in new business pitches and current client creative run-throughs.
- Collaborating and leading multidisciplinary teams including art directors, visual designers, writers, producers, videographers, technologists and studio/production (print, video, online).
- Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team.
- Writing and presenting various copy options, which may be presented to the client as a storyboard.
- Modifying copy that satisfies both the clients and the objectives of the campaign.
- Accountable for checking all content being advertised.
- Responsible for taking a client’s brief and generating original copy ideas that grab the attention of the target audience. This can include creating straplines, slogans, body copy, jingles and scripts.
Qualifications
- Worked at least 3 years as a copywriter or content writer.
- Interest in capturing and telling exceptional stories of people.
- A personal purpose of doing human-centered work.
- Highly creative and imaginative.
- Has good written and interpersonal skills.
- An eye for detail and works well under pressure.
