Senior Administrator – Security & Monitoring Jobs in Dubai
Oversee, direct, and coordinate the work of lower level staff. Select, supervise, train, and evaluate staff. Participate in the development and administration of department goals, objectives, and procedures. Prepare and administer large program budgets. Prepare clear and concise administrative and financial reports.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating with the concerned departments to provide the necessary requirements (computers, telephone, employee cards, health cards, etc.)
For new employees and for internal transfer purposes
Attending management meetings and preparing minutes of meetings, in addition to following up with stakeholders to ensure the completion of specific tasks in accordance with
management instructions
Job Requirements:
High School
Fluent in English in reading, writing and speaking, Arabic language is preferred
Active member of the work team. tasty. And is able to build trust in his relationships with clients and team members
