In this role, you will acquire, win and retain new customers. As a representative of the company, you will maintain close collaboration with key stakeholders and maximize business opportunities to achieve agreed goals.
Responsibilities:
- Hunt new business opportunities with a clear focus on SME accounts
- Develop and retain existing customer base
- Build a quality pipeline of SME customers and ensure 100% data quality in CRM
- Prepare quotations using our online tools and submit our proposal to the customers
- Deliver presentations about our main Sea Logistics products
- Develop expert market knowledge on key focus trades, carriers, routings, sailings, etc..
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar discipline
- Minimum 4 years experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales with a focus on developing sea logistics SME accounts
- Extensive and proven knowledge of Abu Dhabi Sea Logistics market environment
- Excellent command in English language
