Job Description:
Seeking an aggressive candidate with sales background for building materials.To sell the company’s products and services to new and existing customers by meeting the set targets and identifying new markets and business opportunities through contractors, consultants, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- The aggressive follow-up to close the sale.
- Identify new opportunities to expand the business goal
- Help the management to understand the advantages/disadvantages relate to competitors’ sales policies.
- Understanding the competitors’ present, past, and future strategies.
Job Requirements:
- 3 – 4 years of UAE sales experience in retail / wholesale of Building materials.
- Must have established relation and network with retail/ wholesale shops and able to market new products in market will be given preference.
- Strong knowledge of both residential commercial building markets and buyers
- Familiarity with business planning and financial reports
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
