Sales Support Specialist Jobs In Dubai | Sana Commerce
At Sana Commerce, we’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our fast-growing EMEA/APAC team, located in our Dubai office. You will take a leading role in the execution of operational processes and make a direct impact by driving efficiency and commercial excellence in the EMEA/APAC region.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively taking care of administrative (O2C) processes in the regional commercial teams, such as quote/order creation, deal- and invoice processing and preparing monthly commission sheets.
- Responsible for the regional support process to commercial teams in the region related to our internal tooling and processes (e.g. CRM, Outreach and more);
- Driving user adoption of tooling and processes in the region and working closely with the global Revenue Operations team to safeguard global definitions and processes; Supporting data enrichment-related tasks in the region, e.g., preparing lists for BDRs;
- Coordinating and supporting data enrichment-related tasks to provide the commercial teams in the region with high-quality data for outreach;
- Executing on- and off-boarding tasks for new commercial hires in the region, including assigning correct tooling licenses, e-learnings as well as providing tooling- and process-related trainings.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher;
- At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Support/Operations or a Financial/Administrative role;
- Advanced Excel and numerical skills;
- Experience working with CRM software as an admin (such as Dynamics 365 CRM or Salesforce) as well as executing O2C-related tasks;
- Strong communication skills in English;
- Flexibility in a fast-paced environment, commercial mindset, customer-centric approach, enthusiasm, and experience interacting with diverse stakeholders.
