Sales Support (Logistics) Jobs In Dubai | Agile Consultants

The sales support specialist’s responsibilities include tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts. The sales support specialist is also responsible for monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status.
• Updates changes of freight rates quotation to customers and overseas agents.
• Proper filing of all quotations and emails.
• Coordinate all Tender in a timely manner adhering to dateline.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams.
• Coordinate with internal company on freight rating, Operational Response.
• Coordinate with Operation in relation to implementation of Tender/RFQ.

Job Requirements:

• 1 – 2 years of experience in sales support within a logistics team.
• Understanding of LC Documentation / Bill of Lading and other documentation within a chemical trading industry.
• Hindi speaker.
• Excellent knowledge of any ERP software (preferably – Microsoft Dynamic).
• Immediately available candidates will only be considered for the role.
