A real estate sales manager supervises real estate sales agents and builds a strong sales team to surround them including buyer’s agents and showing assistants. Sales Managers will mentor their real estate team to success. To manage the agents properly, managers need to understand how to motivate, and train the attitudes and habits of a buyer’s agent, who should be committed to putting their clients first, and winning leads.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the recruitment of the real-estate team and managethem.
- The achievement of target threshold set for you individually and the teamremains your sole responsibility. Please note the target is applicable eitheras an individual or through the team.
- At all given times you are required to comply to the laid down ethics and abideby the regulations set by the regulators and you are expected to follow the bestpractice in the industry. The employment offer will be subject to company’spolicies and procedures as adopted and revised from time to time.
- All your team members are expected to maintain confidentiality of thisbusiness.
- In charge to form a proper framework for Risk management / governance andcontrols to drive the right sales behaviors’ and treat clients fairly
- Responsible to strengthen the product proposition that would enable access toall competitive real estate solutions to the clients
