Sales representatives are the principal point of contact between a business and its customers. Sales reps ensure current customers have the right products and services, identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

• Attend and serve customers by providing product or service information
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customer files by recording account information as per the requirements.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is desirable, but not essential
• Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
