Job Responsibilities:
Motivate and manage the key retail accounts within their area for a specific product portfolio
Build strong relationships with store managers and conduct product detailing to increase knowledge and awareness and drive the sell-out
Achieve the sales targets, qualitative and quantitative objectives
Monitor sales and identify and propose new business opportunities for the accounts
Propose new product listings, space increase and promotions within accounts
Monitor and report share of shelf of the brands, assortments, positioning of the brand, ensure the implementation of the contract
