Sales Engineer, HVAC Aftermarket Jobs In Dubai | Johnson Controls

The Sales Engineer will be directly reporting to Sales Manager – Dubai Aftermarket. You will part of team responsible for driving the growth of business for Aftermarket division segment for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on HVAC. You will be concentrating on converting our current installation base business into Aftermarket business, growing our market share with new business customers in the region. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate business from running HVAC installation base.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company’s products or services to customers.
• Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
• Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
• Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers’ technical requirements and needs.
• Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC aftermarket / aftersales business for HVAC portfolio within GCC region
• Expertise in HVAC Service offering with major focus on Chiller systems
• Proficiency in generating new business from running HVAC installation base and generating new business
• Proven track record of Sales achievements
• Determined, results driven, strong sales drive
• Fluent language skills in English
